These Terms of Service outline the rules and expectations when you use FutrX products, services, and websites. By accessing FutrX, you agree to these terms.
You agree to use FutrX services lawfully and only for authorized business purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access.
Subscription terms, fees, and billing schedules are outlined in your order form or statement of work. Payments are due according to the agreed schedule.
FutrX retains ownership of its software, trademarks, and documentation. You retain ownership of your data and content provided to FutrX.
Both parties agree to protect confidential information and use it only to deliver the services described in the engagement.
FutrX provides services on an as-is basis and disclaims implied warranties to the extent permitted by law. Liability is limited to the fees paid under the applicable agreement.
Either party may terminate an engagement according to the terms in the order form or statement of work. Upon termination, access to services may be suspended.
